Stichting Rugby Promotie Amsterdam is a foundation registered under the Companies Acts (Company Number 41209250 and VAT number NL 8028.89.451.B.01 ) and in this text we refer to this foundation as SRPA, Amsterdam Sevens, “we”, “us”, “our”.

We provide this Site as a service to its customers, users and players. SRPA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this web site.

Usage restrictions Intellectual Property

All of the content you see and hear on the SRPA website, including, for example, all of the page headers, images, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, and text are subject to trademark, service mark, trade dress, copyright and/or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by SRPA or by third parties who have licensed their materials to SRPA. The content of the Amsterdam Sevens Website, and the site as a whole, are intended solely for the personal, noncommercial use by the users of our site. Pricing Errors products and entrance fee

In the event that a SRPA product and/or entrance fee is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, SRPA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product listed at the incorrect price.

SRPA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or other payment method charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SRPA shall issue a payment to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Errors and Inaccuracies in total

The information of the SRPA web site (Amsterdam Sevens) may contain some typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not fully satisfied with your SRPA purchase you may return it with the original SRPA Return Summary. Please see our Return Policy.

Variations

We do our best to display as accurately as possible the colours, size and fit of the products shown on the SRPA web site. However, because of variations dependant on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Cancellation and Fraud

In an effort to protect our customers, all orders and/or payments placed at SRPA are screened and security checked for fraud. We advise you to include a valid telephone number and email address with your order so we can contact you if we need you to confirm its authenticity. All checks are made for the security and safe shopping of our customers. We may ask you to confirm certain elements of your order which may include the billing or delivery address. We will never ask you for full credit / debit card details. Although it is rare that it would be necessary for us to cancel an order, we reserve the right to refuse any orders from a customer where the following situations are applicable:

- Incorrect credit/debit card number, expiration date or security code.
- Incorrect billing information (billing information you provide is different from information your credit card company/ bank has on record).
- Insufficient/incorrect shipping address (street, town/city, county or postal code).

Fraudulent information.

We may cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected and may refuse to process subsequent orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history. If we are unable to contact you via the telephone number or email address you provided with your order within 3 days we reserve the right to cancel your order. (In this circumstance; a full refund will be actioned to the original payment method).

The sale of your order will appear on your credit card statement as Rugby Promotie Amsterdam.
We reserve the right to request additional proof of billing information.

Payment

We accept payment from Creditcard and iDEAL. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed.

Notices

SRPA may deliver notice to you by means of electronic mail, a general notice on the site, or by written communication delivered by first class mail to your address on record in SRPA account information .

Enforcing Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the SRPA Amsterdam Sevens web site, you agree that your access to and use of the SRPA web site is subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws, as governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in Dutch or English.

Online Discount Vouchers

Online discount vouchers usually often have a limited time period, they are only intended for the individual recipient of the e-mail or postal notification.We often run discount schemes and vouchers through third parties including specified discount codes for groups of individuals, again these are only intended for targeted recipients. We hold the right to remove any discount codes without prior arangement.

Competitions

If applicable : You must be 18 years of age and over to enter the competition (unless otherwise stated). SRPA retains the right to use collected information from competition entries for future marketing purposes. Collected data will not be shared with any 3rd parties. Draws are always at random, SRPA decision is final. SRPA retains the right at all times to cancel the terms of the competition. Delivery and Returns

At SRPA we aim to offer a reliable delivery from dispatch. If applicable goods are sent via UPS, DHL or PostNL who act as our couriers. On occasions items may become lost in the post. Due to a policy enforced by our couriers we must wait 14 working days before we can issue another item or offer a refund. Under no circumstances will we resend goods until this time period elapses. As parcels are sent with UPS, DHL or PostNL, we cannot specify a time of delivery nor can you request any special instructions. If an item is sent to an address that you specified when ordering which turns out to be incorrect, we are not liable if this item does not reach you. SRPA cannot be accountable for any delays incurred whilst in transit with UPS, DHL or PostNL. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day. All deliveries are given the utmost importance and we will aim to deliver you products on time. We cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels. Please contact us as soon as you can with any problems. Items can be returned in-line with our current returns policy; there will be a returns note in you parcel.
